"Sachem" translates to "Indian Big-Shot" (courtesy of Ken Warner, a pretty big shot himself, Editor for years of the Knives Annuals & Gun Digest..) These are kind of like big tom-a-hawks but also like War Axes. Please note that except for some Brass (or) German Silver trim, ALL the hardware is also Damascus! These are beautiful Axes! All of these are approx. 26", plus or minus. (Please note that the "pipes" are not actually drilled out.) They all differ slightly in design but please believe me, they are VERY impressive pieces!
